Experimenting more...

Carrying on from the last one I have tried different measurements to see what pattern will come out of it.

This has mainly the same measurements, just changed the width of the pieces to 8cm each side from the 5cm mark from the bottom.

Before I started I knew that I wouldn't really work but I tried anyway.

Measurements:
5cm from base
8cm each way from 5cm mark
Then 24.1/2 for the rest of the page

I had to cut it at the bottom in order for the plat to fit around the base, so that it could wrap around the front onto itself.
The base was way to wide for there to be enough paper to complete one full circle.
It might have worked with a base that size but with more length.


3rd Trial
Again here used the same style just changed up the measurements, thought maybe it would better if the base wasn't as wide as the previous one.  So gradually came out to to a 4cm on each side up from 12cm from the 5cm mark which is the base. But then went back in to the top creating a triangular head.

After I folded the plat it looked a bit better than the other one with it actually wrapping right around to make a full 2 and bit circles.
